the buses touring this area at the top there. and some of those buses passed by us here on claremont leaving the area, we can see people inside were crying and some were taking pictures of the area. this is just heart breaking to get in here whatever they've seen may be on tv. saying this is... >> sorry about that. heather is having twrubl her signal reporting live from the fire zone. you can imagine how frustrating it is to see from the bus but not being able to see for themselves. and frustration is mounting from people in the neighborhood. many claimed they smelled gas and saw pg&e crews in the area days before this deadly blast. and investigators crated up a section of the pipe and put it on a flat bed truck for a trip to washington, d.c.. investigators will look for flaws or clues into why this blew up suddenly. we're live near the blast site tonight. cecilia? >> pg&e said the pipe was more than 50 years old and had been inspected twice within the past year. with you the president of pg&e said there is no amount of money that can cover the loss of now. there is a loss behind me.
